Process Time
All orders will be processed within 48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. We will make every effort to make sure orders are processed as soon as possible, and no unnecessary delays occur. Once an order request has been received by us, you will receive e-mails from us regarding the status of your order. You will be notified within 24 hours of your order being shipped.

All orders shipped within North Carolina will be taxed 6.75%. All other orders shipped within the United States will NOT be charged any tax or duties.

You will be charged for an item upon order processing. Any in stock products from your order will be shipped right away. In the event that a product is unavailable, or if you wish to cancel the item before it is shipped, you will be issued a refund using the same method of payment you used to place the order. Designbox will make every attempt to promptly issue refunds, but during busy periods, allow up to 2 to 3 business days for refunds to be processed.

The Designbox shop is available for international customers. Shipping times vary upon location. Note that you may incur a customs duty fee when products cross the border into your country. Please check with your border protection agency for regulations.

Designbox currently accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted. Upon processing of an order, Designbox will charge the total amount of the order to the selected method of payment through the PayPal payment gateway. Items will be shipped out in the estimated time that is stated on each product page. Credits or refunds will be issued for unavailable items as soon as requested or determined that an item is not available.

You may request a cancellation of your order by emailing orders@designbox.us with subject title starting with “CANCELLATION”, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Once an order has been processed, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return items in accordance with our returns policy, and may be subject to a restocking fee. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account usually within 2 to 3 business days.


All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or Express service. Note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Box numbers. Weekend delivery is not available. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Once an order request has been received by us, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number from UPS. Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the carrier tracking number for your order if one is available.

We currently are only shipping domestically. When the Impress Coffee Brewer is no longer in Pre-Order Status, and we have a full stock in-house, we will begin International shipping. The expected date for this is June 2013.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the shipment destination. The shipping fees that are charged are based on quotes taken directly from UPS and USPS shipping calculators. Estimations may at times be less or more than actual shipping costs. Desigbox will not charge extra or refund for differences between real and estimated shipping costs. Note that you may incur a customs duty fee when products cross the border into international destinations. Please check with your border protection agency for regulations.


Return Policy
Designbox offers a 30 day return policy. All items returned to us must be shipped pre-paid. Items eligible for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and if approved by Designbox would be eligible for merchandise credit or refund. Items will only be refunded at the current pricing at the time of return. Defective products will be exchanged (subject to availability) or refunded.

Return Authorizations
All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Designbox within 30 days of your original invoice date. RAs expire in 15 days after they are issued. You may request a RA by emailing orders@designbox.us with RA Request in the subject line. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, and other accessories and documentation included. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to Designbox.

The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Designbox. By submitting your on-line order to designbox.us, you have indicated your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. At Designbox sole discretion, these terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice at any time before your order is accepted.
